Digital Goods Policy

For the purpose of this return and refund policy, all products that are purchased and delivered electronically through our store, such as MP3 files, PDFs, and similar digital downloads, are categorized as "Digital Goods."

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales of Digital Goods are final. Since our products are digital and can be copied, stored, and shared easily, we do not offer any form of refunds or exchanges for any Digital Goods sold on Gistory.io.

Once the product has been purchased and you have been provided access to download the content, you possess the item. As such, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges, even if you have not downloaded the content.

Rights for EU Customers

For customers within the European Union, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a Digital Good without reason within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided you have not started downloading or streaming the product.

Issues and Concerns

If you experience technical issues or problems downloading or accessing your Digital Goods:

  1. Ensure you are using the correct software or device to access and view the purchased content. 
  2. Clear your browser cache and try downloading the content again.
  3. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any communications or download links.
